The past five years have been a dynamic and meaningful journey of growth for LUXUM. We have strengthened our position in the Estonian real estate market, built a strong and recognisable brand, and proven that we can compete with confidence on an international scale. Today, we feel assured in this role and have every reason to be proud of what has been achieved.

LUXUM’s development is also reflected in the growing international attention the brand has received. Recently, LUXUM Real Estate was honoured with three awards at the European Property Awards in London, with the LUXUM brand also ranking among the top four in Europe. This is a clear sign that our dedication and work are attracting genuine interest beyond our home market.

The past years have also been successful for LUXUM in terms of business results. We have consistently grown both our turnover and our portfolio of exclusive properties, and despite a more challenging market environment, we are outperforming the market by approximately 15%. Our broad network of contacts, strong property portfolio, experienced brokers and well-considered marketing deliver results for our clients that stand out and set us apart.

At the centre of all this, however, are people. We are sincerely grateful to our clients, partners and everyone who has been part of LUXUM’s first five years. The anniversary was a moment to look back at what has been built, celebrate what has been achieved and move forward with even greater ambition. The best is yet to come.
