The preserved limestone foundation, measuring approximately 7.5 × 20 metres, provides an authentic and architecturally compelling basis for new development.

TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE

The property is equipped with a biological wastewater treatment system with an infiltration tunnel, and a new drilled well has been installed. The electricity connection is currently inactive due to the removal of the overhead power line. A 0.4 kV connection cabinet is planned at the boundary of the plot, with the connection fee determined by amperage according to the standard pricing model.

ACCESS AND EASEMENTS

A perpetual right-of-way easement benefits the neighbouring Taguranna property, running through the forested section of the land and connecting to a public road via the Liivaniidi property. The road is used infrequently and does not compromise the privacy or tranquillity of the estate.
